Popup MPopup M 아동 안전 표준

Popup M은 모든 사용자가 안전하게 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)와 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다.
금지되는 행위
Popup M에서는 다음 행위를 금지합니다.
• 아동을 대상으로 한 성적 착취 또는 학대
• 아동을 대상으로 한 성적 유인 또는 그루밍
• 아동에게 성적 이미지나 영상을 요구하는 행위
• 아동의 성적 이미지 또는 영상을 제작, 소지·저장, 전송, 공유 또는 배포하는 행위
• 아동을 성적 목적으로 협박, 강요, 인신매매 또는 착취하는 행위
• 기타 아동의 안전을 위협하거나 관련 법령을 위반하는 행위
신고 및 대응
Popup M 사용자는 앱 내 신고 기능을 통해 부적절한 사용자, 게시물, 메시지 또는 기타 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있습니다. 사용자 프로필이나 채팅 메시지의 “신고하기”, 게시물의 신고 기능을 이용해 주세요. 이메일로도 아동 안전 관련 신고를 접수할 수 있습니다.
아동 성적 학대 또는 착취와 관련된 위반 사항이 확인되는 경우 Popup M은 상황에 따라 콘텐츠 삭제, 계정 이용 제한 또는 영구 정지 등의 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
실제 CSAM이 확인되는 경우 관련 법령 및 신고 의무에 따라 필요한 조치를 취하고, 필요한 경우 관계 기관에 신고하거나 협조합니다.
신고를 위해 아동 성적 학대 이미지나 영상을 새로 저장하거나 이메일에 첨부하지 마세요. 앱 내 신고 기능 또는 해당 콘텐츠를 식별할 수 있는 정보로 알려 주세요.
법규 준수
Popup M은 서비스가 제공되는 지역에 적용되는 아동 보호 및 안전 관련 법률과 규정을 준수하기 위해 노력합니다.

Popup M Child Safety Standards
Popup M has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to all users and content on Popup M.
Effective date: September 8, 2026.
Prohibited conduct
The following conduct is prohibited on Popup M:
• Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors
• Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors
• Requesting sexual images or videos from minors
• Creating, possessing, transmitting, sharing, or distributing CSAM
• Coercion, threats, trafficking, or exploitation of minors for sexual purposes
• Other conduct that threatens child safety or violates applicable law
Reporting and enforcement
Users can report inappropriate users, posts, messages, or other content through Popup M's in-app reporting features. Use the report action on a user profile, chat message, or post. Child safety concerns can also be reported by email.
Confirmed violations may result in removal of content, restriction of account access, or permanent suspension.
When actual CSAM is identified, Popup M will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and reporting obligations and will cooperate with relevant authorities when required.
Do not download or attach suspected CSAM to an email report. Use in-app reporting or provide information that identifies the relevant content.
Compliance
Popup M works to comply with applicable child protection and safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the service is offered.
